Since its launch in 2024, a record number of conference clients have chosen to sign framework agreements, leading to a significant increase in bookings at CONVENDUM’s meeting and conference venues. The positive response from clients confirms that the simplicity, service, and inspiring environments are widely appreciated.
At the beginning of 2024, CONVENDUM began offering its returning conference clients the opportunity to enter into advantageous framework agreements. Since then, a large number of framework agreement clients have discovered CONVENDUM’s various meeting and conference rooms. The share of framework agreement clients has continued to grow during spring 2025, while a steady stream of other external conference guests continues to hold their meetings at CONVENDUM’s locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Palma de Mallorca. This spring has also seen an increase in networking events and lectures held in CONVENDUM’s spaces.

The framework agreements allow external companies that are not based at CONVENDUM to easily book fully equipped meeting and conference rooms at discounted rates. The idea for these agreements emerged after requests from conference clients who frequently held meetings in CONVENDUM’s facilities. During spring 2025, numerous positive reviews have been received from external conference guests. Among the events was Future Place Leadership, which held a full-day conference with over 20 participants at CONVENDUM’s location on Birger Jarlsgatan 57.

Looking ahead to the autumn, the booking outlook also points to an increase in reservations at CONVENDUM’s venues, and the order intake during spring 2025 has exceeded all expectations.
