In response to the disruptive change in the office market, CONVENDUM today announces the launch of “Grand Office,” an innovative office product designed to meet the needs of large corporations based on optional furniture, technology, operations, and services. Through a strategic partnership, CONVENDUM has engaged the consulting firm JLL as specialist consultants in offices to develop this tailored offering, which also includes an exclusive leasing assignment to JLL for 15,000 square meters of office space in central Stockholm.
With “Grand Office,” large corporations are provided with access to flexible office spaces that can be customized in both design and function, and can be enhanced with CONVENDUM´s well-regarded operations and service concepts. Within this offering, companies will be able to lease office spaces ranging from 1000 to 6000 square meters with lease terms from 12 months and upwards. Additionally, employees of the companies receive a membership with CONVENDUM as a bonus, granting them access to all 20 facilities in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Palma, along with associated ancillary services.
