Tell us, who are you?
Renate Viering, CEO of Lantella, which I started in 2016, offering leadership training and coaching for managers, leaders, and specialists. I have spent my entire professional life in sales and consider it to be the most enjoyable work. I was born and raised in Stockholm but have also lived for several years in Germany and Bulgaria.
Why did you choose CONVENDUM?
I chose CONVENDUM for several reasons. Firstly, I was looking for a prime location in Stockholm and Gothenburg, where we conduct a large part of our business. Equally important was finding a pleasant and professional workplace where I could also network with other companies. I have gained several clients through CONVENDUM and have also hired some services.
Last but not least, I needed a flexible conference facility for the training sessions we conduct and for client meetings.

What does a typical workday look like?
I spend my days talking to and meeting clients and participants. It is incredibly inspiring to hear and understand the challenges clients face and find the best solutions to help their teams perform better. We explore different perspectives, delve into various dilemmas, and tailor our efforts to meet or exceed client expectations. No day is really like the other. New challenges constantly arise that need to be addressed.
