GOOD TIMING, GOOD MATCHING, AND A BROADER NETWORK
In 2024, CONVENDUM initiates a collaboration with EF, one of the world’s leading education companies. This partnership enables a close connection between knowledge exchange and the business community. As part of this collaboration, CONVENDUM member companies have the opportunity to host American exchange students for eight weeks as part of EF’s Gap Year program.
Susteer is one of several member companies at CONVENDUM that have seized the opportunity to welcome international exchange students from EF during the spring. This collaboration promotes international knowledge exchange and provides an opportunity for new and relevant skills for CONVENDUM’s members.
“We are very pleased with our partnership with Convendum, where we have had the opportunity to connect with exciting companies such as Susteer. We still have several curious, knowledge-hungry, and ambitious students looking for a placement in March, and we look forward to involving more member companies in the process,” says Stina Lundell, Business Development Manager at EF.
During the spring, the company Susteer will host two international students at their office at CONVENDUM Biblioteksgatan 29 in Stockholm. They will work with their tools for climate resilience. Susteer gathers a core team of sustainability consultants and is currently developing a new generation of digital tools to help organizations manage their environmental risks and opportunities and become more resilient.
“The collaboration with EF came at a very opportune time for us, and we quickly connected with suitable candidates. It gives us as a company the opportunity to reach a broader international network,” says Yascha Gilbert, sustainability consultant at Susteer.
