Award-winning Julia Bergenstråle is a barista at CONVENDUM Coffee. She competes in latte art and has participated in the Swedish Coffee Championships, as well as being nominated for the 2024 Swedish Gastronomy Award in the category 'Barista's Barista.'
Julia started working at CONVENDUM almost a year ago, and her interest in coffee took off when she worked at a café alongside her studies after receiving her first espresso machine.
— My coffee journey began when I was around 18 and started working at a café alongside my studies. When I was 19, I got my first espresso machine and became fascinated with the craft behind coffee and latte art. I've recently started experimenting with 'fantasy patterns,' where I create designs like animals and similar motifs. It's a lot of fun!, says Julia Bergenstråle.
