Tell us about yourself; who are you?
My name is Jenny Ayala, and I am 33 years old. I grew up in Småland and have lived in Gothenburg for the past thirteen years. Today, I live with my partner Erik and our one-year-old son August.
What has your CONVENDUM journey been like, and how long have you worked here?
This year marks five years since I started working at CONVENDUM. My journey began in the conference department, where I enjoyed working very much. At the same time, I wanted to advance in my career, and I was given the role of Service Manager. After two years, I advanced again and became Site Manager. CONVENDUM truly provides opportunities for development within the company.
What does your role as Site Manager at CONVENDUM Stampgatan 14 entail?
My role as Site Manager involves having overall responsibility for the staff, members, and the location.
What does a typical workday look like?
A day at work always starts with serving a wonderful breakfast buffet to our members and ensuring that there is always coffee available throughout the day. We are available to assist members with any needs they may have.
Why do you enjoy your job?
I enjoy working at CONVENDUM because I have always loved working with people and providing service. You have your team and colleagues, but you also get to build relationships with our members, which I find very fulfilling.
