CONVENDUM expands in the new urban environment of Fabriksparken, right in the heart of central Sundbyberg. CONVENDUM already has a presence in Sundbyberg at Rissneleden 10. Today’s opening marks the culmination of a record year with a total of five newly opened coworking spaces.
CONVENDUM opens its doors in the upgraded office building Koppartråden in Fabriksparken. This expansion adds another coworking space to CONVENDUM’s presence in Sundbyberg. Today’s opening is the fifth of the year.
— 2023 has been a very exciting year, and now we conclude a fantastic year of expansion by opening our second establishment in the growing Sundbyberg. We do this in an iconic property with many unique details that elevate our concept to new heights, says Oscar Limbäck, COO at CONVENDUM.
The office building Koppartråden on Vasagatan is a stone’s throw from Sundbybergs Centrum. Here, CONVENDUM offers nearly 500 workstations, 100 offices and meeting rooms, and several lounges. With a large conference facility and parking spaces, the location is an excellent hub and gathering place for both large and small companies. CONVENDUM’s establishment in Koppartråden is a modernized old office building with a focus on sustainability.

Sustainability aspects have been central as Skandia Fastigheter developed Fabriksparken. Health is a particular focus for the company, evident as Koppartråden takes form.
