Arvin, founder of the design and tech agency Webicient, shares his journey and daily life as an entrepreneur. With experience in sales and a passion for creating digital products, he has built a company that helps others navigate the fast-growing digital world. Can you tell us a little about yourself and what Webicient does?
My name is Arvin, and I’m 26 years old. With experience in sales, I started Webicient, a design and tech agency that helps companies build digital products like websites, apps, and systems. Our goal is to help businesses scale up their creative and technical production to keep up with the rapidly evolving landscape.
How would you describe a typical workday for you?
We start the day with a morning meeting with the team, and then, during the morning, I focus on handling administrative tasks. In the afternoon, I have meetings and check-ins with clients, suppliers, and potential partners.
What made you choose to work from CONVENDUM?
It’s a very smooth setup. I work remotely a lot since our entire team is remote. Therefore, CONVENDUM is convenient because you can come and go as you please. If I need to book a physical meeting, I just book a conference room.
